&Charge is more than just an app for rating charging stations-it is an active community of e-drivers working together to improve the entire charging ecosystem. Users can rate charging stations, post reviews and photos of charging points, thus contributing to a dynamic, informative and constantly updated map within the app. Each contribution helps other drivers find the best solutions and make more informed decisions.
In addition, through "challenges" in the app, operators receive direct feedback from users who check out charging stations. This allows them to continuously improve the service and ensure an optimal charging experience. Users are rewarded for their comments, an engaging and rewarding way to contribute to the continuous improvement of the charging experience.
This integration with &Charge will give Powy users access to an interactive and collaborative platform, making the charging experience more complete, engaging, and rewarding. Joint initiatives will be launched in the coming months to actively engage users and improve the charging experience through dedicated campaigns and targeted communication activities.
