May 27, 2025 – Powy, a company that owns, develops, and operates Italy’s leading independent network of public charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, and Relais & Châteaux, the association that brings together 580 exceptional hotels and restaurants worldwide, have announced the launch of their partnership for the year 2025.

Thanks to this agreement, Powy become a selected partner of Relais & Châteaux, with the goal of installing its charging stations at some of the properties that are part of the association, thereby contributing to a guest experience characterizedby excellence and respect for the environment.

The agreement, in fact, is part of a shared vision for tourism, in which innovation and quality come together to meet the needs of an increasingly discerning clientele and to facilitate an efficient transition to electric mobility. Relais & Châteaux, which has always been committed to promoting authentic and responsible hospitality, has therefore found in Powy strategic partner to strengthen this commitment through 2025.

The occasion of a number of events of international significance being held or planned in Italy, such as the Jubilee in Rome or the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics and Paralympics, and the resulting significant influx of tourists make it crucial for Italian accommodation facilities to be ready to welcome travelers in the best possible way.

According to a study by Deloitte, for example, more than 2 million visitors are expected in our country for the Olympics; therefore, the ubiquity and efficiency of charging stations will be crucial, as will expanding services to adapt to the demands and needs of the new sustainable tourism.
