The need
PAC 2000A was looking for a solution to integrate electric vehicle charging services into its commercial spaces. The goal was twofold: on the one hand to offer an increasingly comprehensive and modern service in line with changes in mobility habits, and on the other to make a concrete contribution to the transition to a more sustainable consumption model.
In a context where the electrification of transportation is accelerating rapidly, PAC 2000A wanted to anticipate the emerging needs of consumers, strengthen its value proposition, and actively participate in the creation of an accessible and widespread electric mobility ecosystem, starting from the very places most frequented in daily life: supermarkets.
The solution
Thanks to our partnership with Powy, PAC 2000A has chosen a strategic technology partner capable of managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial development to maintenance.
To date, this collaboration has already led to the installation of several charging stations. In the province of Perugia , two direct current (DC) charging stations are operational at each of the three main locations: the Quasar Village in Corciano, the Ferratelle Shopping Center in Gubbio, and the Cross Shopping Center in Marsciano. In addition, the Roma Collatina Shopping Center features two DC charging stations DC two alternating current (AC) charging stations.
The service, powered entirely by renewable energy, is designed to seamlessly integrate into visitors’ experiences. The partnership is currently being expanded to other sites within the PAC 2000A network across Umbria and Lazio, further establishing sustainable mobility in everyday settings.
