The Need
The city government has identified a clear need to modernize charging infrastructure to overcome the barriers related to e-mobility in a context of high tourist attendance.
The main needs were to manage theautonomy anxiety of tourists in electric cars, who feared that they would not find reliable charging points in an area with a complex geographic conformation, to strengthen the area's green image by replacing obsolete infrastructure to consolidate Levanto's reputation as a sustainable destination, and to optimize mobility by incentivizing the use of zero-emission vehicles to reduceenvironmental impact and improve tourist flow management.
The Solution
The collaboration with Powy enabled Levanto to implementan efficient and strategically positionedcharging infrastructure, leveraging the company's proven experience in the sector. The charging stations installed offer a reliable service and blend perfectly into the urban and tourist environment.
Charging stations have been installed in key locations, such as Piazza da Passano, easily accessible to tourists and residents. A distinguishing feature is the exclusive use of renewable energy, in line withLevanto's commitment to sustainability.
